Terms & Conditions for Online Print Orders
Image Quality
The images which you view on this site are low resolution, uncorrected & copy protected. When you have placed an order for prints they will be colour corrected and optimised from the original file to give the best possible quality for your prints. Please note that absolute colour matching is not possible or guaranteed.
All images are supplied unmounted unless arranged by request.
Ordering Details
Our approved supplier will handle the printing of orders & payments securely online. This will be reflected in your statement. The Main Event Chrisphoto or printers will be handling the delivery of your order and you should contact them first concerning any questions you may have.
Delivery
Our aim is to process & dispatch your order as soon as it is possible to do so without compromising the quality and service you expect. Prints are usually delivered within a few days of your order but during periods of high demand please allow 14-28 days for delivery. Overseas orders 21-28 days is a realistic time frame. Please note that the estimated times given here include processing, printing, framing & packaging where appropriate.
Refund Policy
We ask that you choose your images carefully as refunds cannot be given due to the bespoke nature of our product. In the event of items that are damaged or have a technical fault we would ask you to return them to us so that we can raise such issues with our suppliers. We will then replace the items as new.
Your Privacy
As your custom is very important to us we or our printing supplier will only capture your details to perform the purchasing & delivery of your order. We respect peoples privacy and do not pass on your details to any third party. We will not use your personal details without your permission.
